Purpose of the Role
As the Event Co-ordinator, you will lead the planning, coordination, and execution of all live events, exhibitions, trade shows, and experiential marketing campaigns. You'll play a crucial role in increasing brand awareness, engaging key stakeholders, and supporting commercial teams through highly professional, memorable event experiences. This is a hands-on role, perfect for someone who is both creative and operationally excellent, and who thrives in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.
Core Responsibilities
Collaborate with Head of Marketing and Digital Marketing Executive to plan and manage all aspects of 501 Entertainment's participation in trade shows, exhibitions, pop-up activations, and hosted events (UK and international)
Own event logistics from pre-show planning through to post-show follow-up, including stand design, supplier management, shipping, staffing, scheduling, and on-site delivery
Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to define event goals and ensure alignment with business objectives
Lead the production of branded materials, AV, demos, and technology integrations for exhibitions and showcases
Coordinate product setup and interactive installations to highlight 501's tech offerings
Work alongside HOM and Digital Marketing Executive to manage budgets and track return on investment (ROI) for all activities
Handle registration, accommodation, travel, and resource planning for internal and external stakeholders
Build and maintain relationships with event organisers, venues, contractors, and partners
Ensure the brand is represented consistently, professionally, and innovatively across all event touchpoints
Analyse post-event data, feedback, and performance to improve future planning and execution
Stay up to date with industry trends and explore new event formats, technologies, and engagement tools
