EVENTS & ENGAGEMENT COORDINATOR

Location: Remote, UK-based with the right to work in the UK. Salary: 28-40,000 depending on experience.

Role Overview

Join our dynamic team as Events & Engagement Coordinator, where you'll take the lead on planning, delivering, and growing our impactful series of educational events and roadshows. This role offers the perfect blend of strategic planning and hands-on execution, working remotely while travelling to create memorable experiences that shape students' futures.

This role is primarily remote but may facilitate an opportunity to be involved in-person with events and engagement activities.

Responsibilties

Plan and execute our regular series of university roadshows and events. Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients, suppliers, and participants, managing contracts, billing, and logistics. Support the week-long roadshows. Collaborate with team members to strengthen school partnerships and maximise event impact. Oversee event logistics, vendor relationships, and resource coordination.

Essential

Event Management Experience

: Proven success managing multiple events with complex logistics.

Relationship Building

: Strong track record of developing professional relationships, ideally within education or related sectors.

Tech Savvy

: Proficiency with CRM systems, event management tools, and digital platforms.

Desirable

Experience in

international university admissions

, UK independent schools or higher education guidance. Willingness for

some national travel.
