Event Guide (Food & Beverage Support)

Leonardslee Lights - Create Christmas Magic!





Join our festive team and bring joy to thousands at Leonardslee Lakes & Gardens! We're hiring enthusiastic, customer-focused Event Guides to ensure a magical, seamless experience along our stunning light trail--PLUS support our vibrant Food & Beverage area!

Location:

Leonardslee Lakes & Gardens



Shifts:

Weekdays and/or Weekends


Dates:

November 14th, 17th, 18th, 19th, 20th, 21st, 22nd, 23rd, 24th, 27th, 28th, 29th, and 30th; December 2025


Timings:

From 16:00 until late (earliest finish 21:00, latest 23:00)

What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities):




Trail Guidance:

Ensure safe visitor flow, offer directions, answer questions, and maintain a welcoming vibe.

Crowd Control:

Manage queues for a smooth, enjoyable experience.

Safety First:

Monitor for concerns, report issues to Event Manager, respond to lost children, and provide first aid support until the medical team arrives.

Food & Beverage Fun:




Help serve & assist at street food stalls. Clean & reset tables for happy guests. Make fresh coffee & hot drinks to warm up the crowd!

Skills We Love:




Experience in events, hospitality, or customer service required Confidence using a radio to chat with the Event Manager & team. Comfortable working outdoors in all weather (coats provided!). Strong interpersonal skills & a customer-focused smile--perfect for chatting with families!

Full training provided. Just bring your experience & holiday spirit!
