Job Summary:

We're excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a personable, organised, and enthusiastic Events Host/Head Baker to join our vibrant team in Liverpool!

In this role, you'll be key in managing our award-winning sites and ensuring our events run smoothly. Here's how:

Your focus:

Team:

Lead and inspire a talented team of bakers and event hosts

Work closely with your Site Manager and fellow Event Hosts

Operations:

Oversee the daily running of events so everything flows perfectly

Take care of all event prep and delivery with care and precision

Guest Experience:

Host and engage with customers to create unforgettable memories

Share baking knowledge while building a warm, fun atmosphere

Qualifications:

Strong interpersonal skills for guest interaction

Ability to manage events effectively

Experience in hospitality industry preferred

Leadership skills for guiding event staff

Proficiency in baking for event preparation

Prior experience in guest services is a plus

Pay: 13.75 per hour

Please list your availability for each day of the week, including days you are unavailable Are you happy to work some shifts until 11pm and weekends? Are you confident presenting and leading activities for groups of up to 40 people? Are you comfortable with the operational side of events (e.g. stock checks, safety procedures, venue close-down)? This role includes cleaning, washing up, and maintaining a 5-star hygiene standard during and after events. Are you comfortable with this part of the role?
