We are looking for a Head Baker to lead our bakery team and oversee all aspects of bread and pastry production.
The Head Baker will be responsible for creating high-quality baked goods, developing new recipes, managing inventory, and ensuring that all products meet our standards for taste, appearance, and freshness.
This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a passion for baking. The ideal candidate will have experience in a commercial bakery environment, excellent organizational abilities, and the ability to train and motivate a team. The Head Baker will also be responsible for scheduling, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and collaborating with management to plan menus and seasonal offerings.

Duties
Lead and supervise the bakery team
Develop and test new recipes
Oversee daily production of baked goods
Ensure quality and consistency of all products
Manage inventory and order supplies
Train and mentor bakery staff

Monitor baking schedules and adjust as needed
Control costs and minimize waste
Skills
Proven experience as a baker, preferably in a leadership role
Strong knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients
Excellent organizational and time management skills

Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays
Good communication skills
