Job Summary

We're excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a personable, organised, and enthusiastic Events Host to join our vibrant team in Liverpool!

Get ready to step into the spotlight and shine. You'll orchestrate unforgettable moments, ensure each event is seamless, and send every guest home grinning from ear to ear. If you love bringing people together and making magic happen, we can't wait to meet you!

In this role, you'll be key in managing our award-winning sites and ensuring our events run smoothly. Here's how:

Your focus:

Team

Lead and inspire a talented team of bakers and event hosts

Work closely with your Site Manager and fellow Event Hosts

Operations

Oversee the daily running of events so everything flows perfectly

Take care of all event prep and delivery with care and precision

Guest Experience

Host and engage with customers to create unforgettable memories

Share baking knowledge while building a warm, fun atmosphere

Qualifications

Strong interpersonal skills for guest interaction

Ability to manage events effectively

Experience in hospitality industry preferred

Leadership skills for guiding event staff

Proficiency in baking for event preparation

Prior experience in guest services is a plus
