As an Intern with Autograph Events, you will live and breathe the world of events management. As part of a small but successful agency, you will experience all aspects of events, gaining hands on experience in: coordinating events; organising business travel; sourcing venues; analysing data and feedback; supporting on large events; managing delegates and building websites as well as gaining experience in accounts, marketing and sales. You will have hands on experience on delivering events and understanding what happens behind the scenes.
There will be opportunities to join fam trips in the UK and Internationally, as well as the chance to be onsite running live events.
Responsibilities may include:
Take and understand a brief from client.
Choose a suitable destination and venues to match the client's criteria.
Respond to and maintain client's budgets.
Obtain quotes from venues and suppliers.
Create proposals and outline costings using company templates.
Liaise with venues, suppliers and contractors.
Creation of websites for delegate management.
Coordinate delegate management for events
Booking business travel - hotels, flights. trains
Maintenance of the database and administration.
Maintain detailed event files, recording contacts, contracts and financial information.
Planning and organisation / running of the event.
Create and execute post event survey.
Reconcile final invoices and accounts.
Commission invoicing
Marketing and social media posts
Supporting on site at Live Events
