What the Role Involves
As an Event Sales Assistant, you'll represent nationally recognised brands at carefully selected events and venues--including shopping centres, public exhibitions, and outdoor pop-ups. Your goal will be to engage with the public, deliver engaging product or service information, and guide interested individuals through a simple sign-up or purchasing process.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys interactive work, thrives on conversation, and wants a role that feels different every day.
Key Responsibilities
Attend scheduled events and set up branded sales displays
Engage with the public in a confident, friendly, and professional manner
Deliver clear, accurate information about products or services being promoted
Answer basic questions and address objections where necessary
Guide potential customers through a simple sign-up or checkout process using a digital platform
Keep your promotional area tidy, welcoming, and fully stocked
Work closely with teammates to achieve daily and weekly sales targets
Attend regular team briefings, skills workshops, and performance reviews
