The Chinese Proficiency Test UK Committee leads the way in Chinese language exam delivery, test administrator training, nationwide outreach, and annual education events, including summer and winter camps to China. We also run teacher certification (CTCSOL) events for Chinese educators, creating broad opportunities for language teachers and students alike.
Summary
We are investing in growth and innovation for our nationwide events and certification programmes, seeking an experienced Event Manager to take our educational events to the next level.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of national Chinese proficiency tests and teacher certification events.
Develop concepts and themes for competitions, training, and conferences.
Coordinate with UK educational institutions for logistics and admin support.
Negotiate venues, catering and supplier contracts for high-quality service.
Manage and reconcile event budgets.
Lead marketing initiatives across WeChat, Weibo, TikTok, Xiaohongshu, and Instagram.
Ensure health, safety, and policy compliance; provide on-site event management.
Requirements:
Proficiency in both English and Chinese.
Strong management and communication skills; education administration experience preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 33,400.00-45,000.00 per year
