Wedding & Event Manager

As a fast growing events caterer we require a freelance Wedding & Event Manager to join and manage our front of house team.

With a strong focus on Weddings and Corporate Events we require candidates who have a genuine passion and enthusiasm for the events industry. You must have great attention to detail and be ready to make people's dreams come true!

We are approved caterers for a number of prestigious venues in around Kent.

The main purpose of the role is to create a wonderful client experience, and to ensure that coordination is delivered in operations on the day. You will have overall responsibility for managing events from; venue setup, managing front of house staff and liaising with the chefs (to ensure that the food reaches guests in a timely manner).

The successful candidate will look after the following as part of their role:-

Staffing (routinely managing a team m of waiting staff at events) Event Management for 60-150 guests Hands on experience of clothing tables, setting tables, folding napkins, service both of food and beverages including knowledge of bar work.
