To co-ordinate, organise & deliver the Scottish FA's programme of staged events at Hampden Park or other venues.

Key Responsibilities



Planning, implementation and match delivery of Scottish FA National Team and Cup Competition matches as directed Working with the concert promotors in relation to the planning, management and delivery of the concert requirements Act as a match manager when appointed for matches, this involves planning, implementation and match delivery of Scottish FA National Team and Cup Competition matches as directed Compliance in relation to UEFA / FIFA and football regulations and external governance requirements. Debrief, evaluation and assessment of all allocated events Support the Event Operations Lead to improve the customer experience for fans and visitors, including accessibility for those attending events Will assist in the development, standardization and implementation of various event tools, procurement process, budgeting, inventory control and any departmental need In conjunction with the Events Operations Lead, and other departments, develop, implement and facilitate the requirements of all stakeholders, relative to event and brand management planning, customer experience, activation and delivery Liaise with UEFA, FIFA, other Football Associations, external bodies and all other departments within the Association, as required Represent the Scottish FA and the Department at meetings, etc., as specified and required by the Events Operations Lead Review administrative practices, report and implementing changes when necessary

. Undertake any additional duties as may be assigned by the Event Operations Lead and/or the Head of Stadium Operations from time to time.
