Role Description



VIP Nation is Live Nation Entertainment's premium experiences business. We are looking for an experienced Event Manager to help deliver unforgettable VIP packages across our UK festivals and domestic tours.


You'll take ownership of events from planning through to delivery, turning ideas into high-quality guest experiences on site -- on time, on budget, and exactly as advertised.


During the summer you should expect lengthy periods working away from home on festivals and tours. You'll work closely with venues, suppliers, internal teams and occasionally customers, while also recruiting, briefing, and managing on-site staff. There's also scope to use your creative side.

You're organised, practical and calm under pressure, with experience working on live events and festival sites.


Competencies / Skills / Knowledge / Experience



Greenfield festival site experience Team management Ability to mark out sites from plans Full UK driving license (essential) AutoCAD experience (advantageous) Health and safety knowledge, including risk assessments and Event Management Plans Effective communication skills Confident using Microsoft Excel and Word Experience delivering VIP or premium consumer events Able to write and deliver staff briefings
Nice to have:


Food hygiene and alcohol licensing knowledge Admin-heavy role experience First aid or plant licenses

What the role includes



Pre-event:


Book goods, services and staffing sustainably Attend site visits Collaborate with main show production Produce and approve site plans Raise purchase orders via Salesforce Recruit staff where required Create schedules, itineraries, and briefing packs Coordinate logistics, builds and breakdowns Produce H&S and event documentation Track budgets and work with finance Monitor sales and staffing levels
On site:


Manage staff and contractors Adapt quickly to changing conditions Mark out sites accurately Monitor suppliers and service levels Ensure Health and Safety compliance Deliver staff briefings Resolve customer issues
Post-event:


Report on customer feedback and improvements
