Key Responsibilities:

Lead the

end-to-end technical project management

of exhibition booth builds for pharma/life sciences clients. Liaise directly with

clients, designers, event project managers, and account teams

to deliver against briefs, proposals, and RFPs. Translate client visions into

technical drawings and build plans

, ensuring feasibility, compliance, and execution within budget. Manage

vendor relationships

, procurement, and onsite delivery including

AV, lighting, rigging, electrics, Wi-Fi

, and

venue logistics

. Conduct

site visits and international travel

to oversee exhibition builds and troubleshoot issues in real-time. Ensure adherence to

health & safety regulations

, venue specifications, and

quality control standards

. Stay ahead of

industry trends, technologies

, and innovative booth solutions to deliver memorable experiences. Maintain accurate project documentation, timelines, and expense tracking.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

5-7 years' experience

in

exhibition booth project management

, preferably in the

life sciences/pharmaceutical

industry. Proven background in

technical event planning, live event logistics, and supplier coordination

. Strong understanding of

AV systems, lighting, Wi-Fi, rigging

, and venue build requirements. Proficiency in

MS Office

, especially

Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools

. Experience briefing

designers and fabricators

on technical specifications. Strong communication, negotiation, and

client relationship management

skills. Knowledge of

health & safety

and

risk assessment

within the exhibition build environment. Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines.

Bachelor's degree

or equivalent experience in Events, Technical Production, or related fields.

Desirable Experience:

Background in
