We're seeking an experienced and energetic
Event Marketing Lead
to support the end-to-end marketing execution of this established international event -- from awareness and ticket sales to creator and sponsor engagement.
Role Overview
As the
Event Marketing Lead
, you will support and execute all marketing efforts related to The Podcast Show London. You'll be responsible for driving ticket sales, growing attendance across audience segments (industry, creators, brands & agencies), and ensuring maximum visibility across digital, social, and media platforms. A key responsibility will be the management and delivery of registration, ticketing and the show app.
Key Responsibilities
Supporting the Festival Director and Head of Content in the execution of the annual marketing strategy to drive attendance and engagement.
Managing the end to end registration process through all ticket phases right through to practical onsite delivery.
Steer initiatives to increase ticket sales across industry, creators, and brands and agencies.
Following campaign timelines, audience targets, and messaging plans in line with commercial and programming milestones.
Manage multi-channel campaigns across digital, email, paid media, organic social, content and partnerships.
Deliver the full newsletter sales campaign targeted at delegates and potential exhibitors.
Coordinate announcements of speakers, sessions, sponsors, and special events to maximise momentum.
Maintain and optimise CRM databases to enable personalised, data-informed communications.
Lead the delivery and execution of the show app.
Work with media partners, sponsors, podcast platforms, and creator networks to cross-promote and co-market the show.
Track campaign performance across channels and suggest ways to improve ROI.
Requirements
Min. 3 years experience in event marketing within the B2B sector is essential.
Strong experience of managing conference and exhibitions ticketing & registration systems and ability to implement these systems.
Proven experience driving ticket sales and building audience pipelines.
Strong digital marketing and campaign management skills (social, email, paid media, influencer, etc.).
Proficiency in marketing tools and analytics platforms.
A good knowledge of B2B Show App software.
Exceptional project management, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills.
Experience marketing large-scale conventions, conferences, expos, or industry events desirable but not essential

Contract length: 6 months
Pay: 30,000.00-38,000.00 per year
