Event Marketing Manager - B2B Events
Central London Office + Hybrid (3 days in-office) + Travel
Salary up to 45,000 + Profit Share + Bonuses and + Benefits

We're looking for a proactive and experienced Event Marketing Manager to join a fast-paced, ambitious team that designs and delivers highly bespoke marketing campaigns and experiences for the financial services industry. What you'll be doing:

• Plan, deliver, and optimise multi-channel campaigns to attract, engage, and nurture event attendees.
• Collaborate with content and sales teams to create compelling copy, messaging, and marketing collateral.
• Manage digital and social media platforms, websites, SEO, and PPC campaigns.
• Track KPIs, analyse campaign performance, and provide actionable insights to improve results.
• Work with designers and videographers to produce visual and video assets for campaigns.
• Build and maintain data for audience targeting, lead generation, and segmentation.
• Manage relationships with stakeholders, partners, and media to maximise marketing impact.
• Support and mentor junior team members
• Attend events and support onsite.

Who you are:

• Experienced in b2b Event marketing (within B2B events, conferences, or exhibitions).
• Skilled in digital, social, email, and direct marketing campaigns, with a strong grasp of best practices.
• Data-driven, able to use analytics to optimise campaigns and prove ROI.
• Proactive, highly organised, and capable of managing multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Comfortable working autonomously while collaborating across internal teams.
• Experienced with a broad range of marketing technologies
