Role
Office Administration and Venue Finding with some Event Management. A great role for someone wishing to gain an insight into an Events Agency.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated multi-tasker with excellent communication and organisational skills. You will have proven administrative and data-processing skills and have excellent attention to detail. A can-do attitude and an ability to build strong relationships are essential.
It is crucial that you will be able to travel and available to work (onsite in Berlin between 4th - 11th March 2026 and Vienna between 9th - 13th May 2026)
Key Responsibilities:
The Role - Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Answering all telephone calls and directing enquiries to the right contact
Managing the CRM system and updating details
Dealing with general administrative duties
Diary management
Taking enquiries and sourcing venues
Putting proposals together
Maintaining strong relationships with clients, suppliers and venues
Support the core events team with ongoing events
Source and recruit event staff where appropriate
Source and recruit onsite suppliers where appropriate
Liaise with delegates regards to their attendance at an event
Assist with publicity, social media, and respond to event-related inquiries.
Organisation of transfers and travel
Arrangements of all shipping requirements, create shipping labels and sent out in a timely manner
Skills required
Must have a good understanding of Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Must be able to confidently use the internet and social media platforms
Must have a good telephone manner
Must have the confidence to be able to converse with all business levels
Must be able to work in a team
Must be available to work for the events listed above
Must have excellent administration skills and attention to detail
Must have excellent time management skills in order to organise and prioritise work efficiently and effectively
Must have a keen interest in events and willingness to assist and support the events team as required.
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends if required.
Salary and Other information
Salary - 25,000 p/a with a 1-month probationary period
During probation the notice period remains one week.
Office is located in Chessington - will be office and home based. During probationary period you will be required to work in the office. Parking can be provided free on site.
Must be legally permitted to work in the UK.
