Job Description

Hundred Strong will be running all back of house operations for the 4th year running at The British Open at Royal Portrush and we are looking for a small group to join our vastly experienced team for start dates varying from 10 - 20 July 2025.

Hundred Strong are recognised leaders in onsite event support and logistics, with over 25 years experience supporting all major catering companies across our two teams based in London and Central Scotland.

The job is based around Event Catering logistics, involving the setting up and breaking down of mobile kitchens and washing/packing away plates and glassware. You will be working closely with Chefs and Event Managers, as well as the wider Event Catering team, both Front of House and Back of House.

No prior experience is required, only a good attitude and willingness to learn is needed as our team will be keen to teach you the rest!

It is a very sociable job, you will interact with many people of all ages and backgrounds and we take pride in our group having the best togetherness and comradery on-site which our current attending members of the team have enjoyed and have all been extremely keen to return to be apart of again every year.

As no accommodation is being provided, applicants will be based around either the area surrounding Coleraine who can use the free bus travel we are being provided leaving from the Ulster University Campus in Coleraine every morning, or anyone with access to making there own travel arrangements to the course in Portrush.

Due to the fast paced nature of this job and the 24/7 events world, the job includes up to 12 hours per day and is a great earner for the week.
