About the Role



We are seeking an experienced and highly organised

Event Project Manager

to oversee the successful planning and delivery of our global event portfolio. This is a

remote, part-time, project-based role

that offers flexibility and the opportunity to grow into a

full-time position

as our events programme continues to expand.

You will take ownership of end-to-end event delivery -- managing project timelines, budgets, stakeholders, and onsite operations -- ensuring every event is executed to the highest standard. This role suits a confident, proactive individual with a strong track record in managing complex, international events.

Key Responsibilities



Lead the

end-to-end project management

of global events, from initial planning through to post-event evaluation. Oversee

event strategy, logistics, budgets, and vendor management

, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. Manage

registration and delegate communication processes

using

Cvent

(essential). Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and external partners to align objectives and deliver exceptional experiences. Supervise event staff and contractors, ensuring operational excellence onsite. Oversee travel, shipping, production schedules, and venue coordination. Support the development of event materials, presentations, and reports. Manage risk assessments, timelines, and resource allocation. Provide hands-on

onsite management

at key global events as required. Support post-event reporting, financial reconciliation, and performance reviews.

About You



Proven experience as an

Event Project Manager

, ideally with exposure to international or large-scale events.

Advanced proficiency in Cvent

-- event build, registration, and reporting experience is essential. Strong understanding of

onsite operations

, production, and delegate logistics. Excellent leadership, organisational, and multitasking skills. Confident communicator, able to build relationships across teams and cultures. Tech-savvy -- comfortable with collaboration and project tools (e.g. Asana, Airtable, Slack, Zoom).

Design skills in PowerPoint

or other presentation tools (desirable). Calm under pressure, solution-focused, and adaptable to changing priorities. Willingness and ability to

travel internationally

for event delivery and onsite support.
