Key Responsibilities:

Event Coordination:

Assist in planning and organizing high-profile events, ensuring each one runs smoothly from start to finish.

Sales Strategy:

Collaborate with the sales team to create innovative strategies that drive revenue, focusing on exceeding set targets and optimizing customer experience.

Team Management:

Support the team with day-to-day operations, offering guidance and leadership to junior team members while developing your own managerial skills.

Marketing Support:

Contribute to event promotion efforts through social media, email campaigns, and other marketing channels to maximize visibility and attendance.

Travel Opportunities:

Required Skills & Experience:



Previous experience in sales, customer service, or events is a plus, but not essential. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. A passion for events and a drive to succeed. Team-oriented with a positive, "can-do" attitude.
