What the Role Involves:

Face-to-face interaction with customers in a variety of settings including residential areas, shopping centers, events, and workspaces across Colchester. Representing well-known brands with passion and clarity, showcasing products and services in a way that resonates with individuals. Engaging with potential customers, understanding their needs, and offering tailored product recommendations. Learning effective sales techniques such as building rapport, handling objections, and successfully closing deals. Attending regular training workshops and one-on-one coaching to sharpen your skills. Meeting personal and team sales targets, contributing to both individual and company success.
