Job Summary


We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. We organise and manage clients brand awareness and customer acquisitions through event and pop up venues across the Staffordshire region. The successful candidate will be responsible for presenting new business opportunities, generating strong relationships with customers, and delivering exceptional client demonstrations. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work independently or in a team environment. The Sales Representative will play a key part in expanding our market presence and achieving sales targets through positive brand representation and effective negotiations.

Duties



Identify and pursue new customer interactions and brand representation. Conducting face-to-face sales and marketing activities through Venue & Pop up stands across the Staffordshire and Stoke on Trent region representing telecom, charity, and energy sectors Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Achieve sales targets and KPI's Conducting face-to-face sales and marketing activities in the telecom, charity, and energy sectors Product presentations and demos. Set up and manage Pop up venue stand and locations Manage sales pipeline using IT tools to track progress and follow up on leads. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services. Provide ongoing support and advice to clients. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities in organisational systems.

Requirements



Previous customer service and sales experience is needed. Valid driving licence is of a benefit and willingness to travel as required. Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Strong IT skills, including proficiency with CRM systems for data entry. Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively across multiple clients. Well presented image. Customer service orientation with a professional approach to client engagement. Ability to work independently, demonstrating initiative and self-motivation. Good understanding of sales processes, including prospecting, qualifying leads, and closing deals.
