Job Brief:

KSS NW LTD is seeking reliable and professional

Event Door Supervisors

to join our team for a series of exciting events over Christmas and new year in Liverpool, running from

November to December, New year

. As part of our event security team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of attendees, staff, and performers in various event settings. We are looking for SIA-licensed Door Supervisors to manage

bar areas, stages, ticketing, ingress, and egress

at this dynamic festival-style event.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and control access

to event areas, ensuring only authorised individuals are admitted

Ensure the safety

of attendees, performers, and staff in designated areas, including

bars, stages, and VIP sections

Manage ticketing areas

, checking tickets and directing guests as required Oversee

ingress and egress

processes, ensuring a smooth and safe flow of attendees entering and leaving the event

Conduct bag checks

and searches in accordance with event policies to prevent prohibited items from entering the venue

Patrol and monitor

the venue for any suspicious behaviour or potential security issues, reporting incidents as necessary Work closely with event organisers and law enforcement, providing

support in emergency situations

Communicate professionally

with guests, offering assistance and resolving any issues or conflicts in a calm and effective manner Ensure all

SIA licensing regulations

and event safety protocols are adhered to at all times

Assist with crowd control

during peak periods to prevent overcrowding and ensure a safe event experience

Requirements:

A valid

SIA Door Supervisor Licence

is

essential

Previous experience in

festival/event security

or a similar role is highly desirable Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism Ability to remain

calm under pressure

and work in a fast-paced environment A team player with the ability to work

flexible hours

, including evenings and weekends, to meet the event schedule Physically fit, with the ability to stand for extended periods and handle manual tasks such as crowd control
