INNIS & GUNN - EVENTS TEAM
Over the summer months we run a varied and exciting events programme where we work with some of the biggest and best events Scotland has to offer. We pride ourselves in showcasing Scottish beer, food and hospitality at it's finest. For the summer ahead we kick off with our bar operations at the Kelpies Live, followed by our biggest year at the Royal Highland Show with 3 huge sites to run. Into July we operate the bars at the Edinburgh Castle Concerts on the build up to August when the Royal Edinburgh Military Tattoo begins and other exciting events to be announced.

Falkirk Music Festival - 13-15 June
Royal Highland Show - 19-22 June
Edinburgh Castle Concerts - 4-13 July
Edinburgh Festival Pop-up - July - Sep
Kelso Music Festival - 21-24 Aug
Royal Edinburgh Military Tattoo - 31st July - 24 Aug
Not all of the team will be required for every single event. Events are subject to change.
About you;
A can-do attitude and a willingness to learn.
The ability to work independently and as part of a team
Customer service experience in hospitality, events or retail environment if preferred.
A confident communicator with good people skills.
The Role:
Serving customers on bars and food service areas
Preparing food and/or beverages
Keeping service areas clean and well maintained
Working outside, in Scottish weather conditions
Supporting on set-up, build, deliveries and break down
Preferred: full availability in June, July & August.
Must be available to work evenings and weekends.
Various Contracts from 4 days up to 3 months available, with positions including full and part time.
