At OnIce.co.uk we're looking for an enthusiastic and reliable team to ensure a fun and festive experience is delivered to all our customers this season.

We are currently looking to fill several positions within our rinks across the U.K. These positions include:

Ice Marshall / Skate Marshall Ice Technicians Box Office Supervisors

The Ice Marshall / Skate Marshall - main duties include:

Ensure the safety of all skaters on the ice. To assist in the overall development of the activities in the Ice Rink including direct supervision for specific sessions and events. Provide assistance to beginners and maintain a friendly, welcoming atmosphere. Enforce rink rules and regulations. Assist with skate rentals and returns. To ensure that the Ice Rink is prepared at all times for the customers, including setting up and dismantling equipment, cleaning facilities and ensuring health and safety standards are maintained at all times. To ensure that the Ice Plant room is monitored and any maintenance and remedial action is reported to the Senior Ice Assistant. To ensure that Ice maintenance meets Health and Safety regulations. To carry out cleaning and litter-picking duties in the Ice Rink. To ensure that all faults, damage, accidents, incidents and any other occurrences are dealt with immediately, recorded daily and reported to the Management where necessary. To assist users in difficulty and when necessary and give first aid to any injuries sustained.
Requirements:

Skating skills

are a must as knowledge surrounding the ice is a part of your duties. Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle emergency situations. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Secondary school education completed or currently in progress. Ability to work on a shifting schedule, flexible and willing to learn. Ability to deal firmly and politely with customers and with a positive, pleasant and helpful attitude.

The Ice Technicians - main duties include:

Maintain the quality of the ice surface, including resurfacing as needed. Perform routine maintenance and repairs on rink equipment. Monitor and control the refrigeration systems.
Requirements:

Box Office Assistants

main duties include:

Sell tickets and manage transactions at the box office. Provide information to guests about schedules, prices, and special events. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
Requirements:

Strong customer service and communication skills. Previous experience in retail or ticket sales is a plus. Attention to detail and ability to handle cash accurately. Ability to work on a shifting schedule, flexible and willing to learn. Secondary school education completed or currently in progress. Ability to deal firmly and politely with customers and with a positive, pleasant and helpful attitude.
