Role Overview

Ice skating is one of the most cherished parts of a visit to Lapland, and our Ice Rink team play an essential role in ensuring that

'Father Christmas' Frozen Pond'

is safe, well-run, and enjoyable for guests of all ages and abilities.

Responsibilities include:

Ensuring the safety of the ice rink and that all guests use the facility appropriately. Monitoring and maintaining the ice surface throughout the day to keep it in top condition. Issuing and collecting skates, while keeping guests' belongings safe and organised. Delivering exceptional guest service, resolving issues efficiently, and always adding a touch of Lapland magic.

Key Dates

PAID TRAINING:

Mandatory training will take place on select dates between late October and early November 2025.

LIVE EVENT:

Tuesday 11 November - Wednesday 24 December 2025.
