About the Venue:

Copper Box Arena is London's third largest arena located in Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, originally built as the handball venue for the 2012 Olympic Games and now one of the UK's most versatile entertainment venues attracting over 400,000 visitors annually.

Since August 2025, Oak View Group has managed all food and beverage operations at the venue, overseeing general concessions, VIP lounges, suites, and bespoke dining experiences with nearly 1 million invested in facility upgrades.

OVG's hospitality offering includes fast-pour beer pumps, street food concepts, upgraded mobile kiosks, and premium catering experiences designed to deliver an elevated fan experience across all event types.
Role Purpose:
Casual Event Staff 13.85 per hour + Holiday Pay Flexible contract Copper Box Arena (East London)

Copper Box Arena is seeking hospitality event staff to join our casual team on a flexible basis.

As one of London's premier sporting and events venues, we host a diverse range of activities from major sporting events to concerts and exhibitions, creating an exciting working environment.

We're looking for confident people who can hit the ground running, leading our retail food and beverage operations during events and ensuring our customers have an exceptional experience.

Key ResponsibilitiesProviding friendly and professional customer service to all guests Serving food and beverages in various arena hospitality areas Assisting with event setup and breakdown Maintaining cleanliness and presentation standards throughout the venue Working as part of a team to ensure events run smoothly Following health and safety protocols at all times
