We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Event Staff to join our team for The Smirnoff Beach Club 2025.
The ideal candidates will have a passion for guest services and hospitality, ensuring that all attendees have a memorable experience. This role involves managing various aspects of event operations, from setup to guest interaction, and requires a proactive attitude and excellent communication skills.
Duties
Assist in the setup and breakdown of event spaces, ensuring all areas are clean and organised.
Provide exceptional guest services by welcoming attendees, answering queries, and addressing any concerns promptly.
Manage the flow of guests during events, ensuring that all areas are accessible and that guests are guided appropriately.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth event operations and maintain high standards of hospitality.
Monitor event activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Support catering staff with food and beverage service as needed, maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.
Requirements
Aged 16 +
Previous experience in guest services or hospitality is preferred but not essential.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage diverse groups of people effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and approachable manner.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required by event schedules.
A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
