Job Summary
We are recruiting reliable, customer-focused individuals to support match days and events at AFC Wimbledon and Sutton United. If you're confident working with the public, enjoy a lively atmosphere, and want to be part of delivering a safe and enjoyable experience for all attendees, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure the safety and enjoyment of all attendees during matches and events Deliver exceptional customer service with a friendly and professional approach Assist with crowd control, directions, and entry checks Remain vigilant and respond quickly to any incidents or issues
Requirements:
Previous stewarding and/or customer service experience Fluent in spoken and written English Confident, approachable, and able to remain calm under pressure Reliable with good timekeeping and communication skills
Locations:
AFC Wimbledon, Cherry Red Records Stadium Sutton United, VBS Community Stadium
