Are you confident on the phone, target-driven, and motivated by turning conversations into opportunities? Our client, an ambitious and growing event and brand activation agency based in Glasgow, is searching for a passionate Event Venue Booking & Sales Coordinator to join their expanding team.
The company delivers high-impact promotional campaigns, pop-up experiences, and brand activations across busy public and retail environments throughout Scotland and the wider UK. In this exciting position, you'll play a key role in securing great locations that bring these creative ideas to life.
What You'll Be Doing
Making outbound calls and building relationships with venue owners, landlords, and site managers to secure event spaces
Researching and identifying new, high-traffic locations that suit campaign needs and audience reach
Presenting campaign concepts and partnership opportunities with confidence and enthusiasm
Negotiating rates, terms, and agreements that deliver value for both the client and venue partner
Managing the full booking journey--from initial contact to contract completion and confirmation
Working closely with the internal events and delivery teams to ensure smooth project coordination
Maintaining accurate records, contracts, and communications within the CRM system
Providing administrative or coordination support as required across wider business operations
About You
You're an excellent communicator with a natural ability to build rapport quickly. You enjoy working in a fast-paced, sales-oriented environment and take pride in hitting and exceeding your goals.
Previous experience in a call centre, telesales, or outbound sales role will be a big advantage, particularly if you've dealt with negotiation or relationship management. Experience within events, marketing, or property sectors would also be beneficial.
You should also:
Be based in or able to commute to Glasgow full-time
Be available to start immediately or within a short notice period
Have full, unrestricted right to work in the UK (we're unable to accept student visa holders)
