Job Description

Assisting with all administrative tasks related to wedding and event styling includes:

Creating quotes and mood boards Responding to enquiries Managing diaries Overseeing stock of our dry hire elements Supporting the team by providing necessary information to ensure a five-star service Assisting lead designers and stylist with clients requests. Helping to source and buy items for styling.

Conditions of Work



Work 3/4 days out of 7, with occasional evening and weekend working required 24 - 32 hrs per week Primary place of work - Roddinglaw Business Park 28 days holiday including bank holidays pro rata Uniform provided for event operation days

Deliverables/ Measures of Success



Act as the key client point of contact for predominantly wedding and events, adhering to agreed response standards Professionally respond to customer enquiries Follow up on all enquiries in a timely manner to maintain conversion levels. Responsible for preparing, sending and ensuring quotes and deposit requirements are in place for all events. Build productive working relationships with clients, colleagues and event suppliers Handle client queries and take appropriate action to ensure total satisfaction is achieved. Responsible for ensuring that terms and conditions of business are in place for all bookings. Be flexible to take on different tasks as the business needs. Liaise with vendors such as venues, photographers, and caterers to arrange logistics for event days.

Smart and professional appearance A Driving License will be essential due to the location of the office Competence in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) This position primarily involves office-based administration, but a touch of creativity would certainly be beneficial and enhance the role.

Pay: From 14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 - 32 per week
