Job Overview




The purpose of this newly created role is to support the Senior Account Manager/Director with the day to day administration of one of our largest accounts. The successful candidate will be used to supporting multiple projects at any one time and thrive in a fast paced, administrative focused role. Our Events Administrator will be a confident communicator and show excellent attention to detail. You will be process driven, exceptionally organised and be familiar with building/processing budgets in the events industry.

Key Responsibilities




Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Support the Snr account Manager/Director in the administration and management of the account and provide a point of contact to the key event team stakeholders Build and maintain strong relationships with all key client contacts and act as a brand guardian as well as advocate for Strata in every interaction Assist with coordination of responses to client briefs and managing expectations Attend client meetings/calls (where appropriate) alongside the Snr Account Manager/Director and Project Team Attend weekly Client Services Team (CST) calls and commercial workshops as required Ensure that quality processes and tools are incorporated into all daily activities to drive process efficiencies and maintain the highest client service standards

Job Requirements




The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:

Excellent administrative and prioritization skills Administration experience within the events industry Proficient with Microsoft excel and confident with figures / data reporting Organised and diligent, be proactive and be consistent Proven ability to multitask, priortise and repriortise on a daily basis Calm under pressure with a positive attitude at all times
