We're now looking for a passionate, organised, and creative person to take our events and bookings to the next level.
About the Role
As our Events & Bookings Coordinator, you'll be responsible for planning and delivering exciting in-house events, managing customer bookings, and helping us grow footfall through smart promotions and social engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and organise regular in-house events (quizzes, themed nights, live music, etc.)
Handle all customer bookings and private hire enquiries
Communicate clearly with kitchen/bar teams to deliver smooth event experiences
Create engaging social media posts and event promotions
Liaise with local performers, quizmasters, or event suppliers
Build relationships with local groups, offices, and businesses to drive bookings
Keep an updated calendar of all bookings and events
Be present at key events to ensure smooth operation
What We're Looking For
Strong organisational and communication skills
A creative, energetic approach to events and marketing
Experience in hospitality, events, or bookings is a plus
Confident with social media (Instagram/Facebook/TikTok)
A people-person who loves creating memorable customer experiences
Flexible availability, including some evenings and weekends
