What We Need: A proactive, responsible, and super-organised, team player who will work closely with the Fundraising Manager to manage all the administrative tasks involved in delivering prestigious events and providing an exceptional fundraiser experience. With the Charities events ranging from formal large-scale gala dinners in the heart of London, and celebrity hosted lunches, to local golf days and sports challenges, combined with scheduled marketing campaigns and communications; your role will be fast-paced and varied, supporting different teams at the Charities Head Office. Main Duties & Responsibilities
  • Work alongside the Fundraising Manager to support the planning and organisation of all Teens Unite events, identifying and liaising with venues, suppliers, and performers to ensure that event objectives are met.
  • Support the delivery of Teens Unite gala fundraising events, including the production of event project plans. Delivering income in excess of \xc2\xa3300,000 per annum.
  • Ensuring all pre-event administration tasks such as invoicing, payment processing, seating, dietary requirements, guest list, invitations and designs are completed.
  • Attend and facilitate set up for all events, where appropriate, be the agreed point of contact, ensuring the event runs to plan
  • Post event, manage the event pack down and ensure any outstanding tasks are resolved.
  • Support the coordination of Teens Unite UK and Overseas challenge events \xe2\x80\x93 liaising with providers and coordinating materials to maximise engagement at the events. Supporting the generation of income in excess of \xc2\xa3200,000 per annum.
  • Professionally deliver a variety of administrative tasks which ensure the smooth running of Teens Unite events and marketing initiatives.
  • Be responsible for enquiries from Teens Unite supporters, fulfilling requests for materials in line with Teens Unite supporter journeys and managing all merchandise stock levels.
  • Take the lead role in liaising with suppliers when sourcing new Teens Unite merchandise and event material.
  • Be responsible for delivering an on brand, efficient, and timely welcome and thanking process for all events and donations. It is imperative supporter details are accurately captured and added to the database (Salesforce).
  • Provide support to externally organised \xe2\x80\x98in aid of\xe2\x80\x99 events. Ensuring they deliver a positive experience and income opportunities are maximised.
  • Objectively track and review event success and produce a monthly report detailing fundraising expenditure, income, and supporter experience
  • Be innovative and creative in helping to introduce new, engaging, and profitable events into Teens Unite calendar.
