Job Description

As our Events Assistant, you'll be right at the heart of the action -- supporting the planning, coordination, and delivery of events, brand activations, and retail marketing campaigns across the UK.

This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where no two days are the same. One day you could be setting up an experiential activation; the next, you're capturing behind-the-scenes content or coordinating logistics for a nationwide campaign.

You'll work alongside our talented events, creative and sales teams to ensure every project runs smoothly, stays on brand, and wows audiences from start to finish.

What You'll Do

Support the planning and delivery of live events, retail activations and brand experiences. Maintain brand presentation standards across activations and displays. Provide on-site support, engaging with audiences and representing brands with energy and professionalism. Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and suppliers to keep everything running like clockwork. Contribute to post-event reports, campaign insights, and data tracking to measure success. Manage event assets, samples, and stock to ensure everything's prepped and ready to go.

You're a people person with an eye for detail, great communication skills, and a genuine passion for marketing, storytelling, and engagement.

What You'll Bring

Essential:

Excellent communication and organisational skills. Confidence engaging with the public and representing global brands. A strong interest in events, marketing, and experiential activations. Ability to multitask and keep cool under pressure. Based within easy reach of Birmingham (on-site role).

Desirable:

Experience in marketing, events, or brand activations. Understanding of retail, merchandising, or customer experience. A love for creative marketing and live event production.
