The Role

Wise Platform is looking for an experienced B2B Content producer to help us deliver our Wise Connect global event series and join our Wise Platform marketing team to support all aspects of marketing content.

Wise Platform is the B2B technology arm of Wise, allowing banks and enterprises to leverage Wise\'s global payments technology.

Wise Connect is Wise Platform\'s flagship conference for the cross-border payments industry. Launched in London in May 2023, the half-day conference gives payments leaders insights into the rapidly changing world of cross-border payments and an inside track on the products Wise is developing to build the next generation of international payments infrastructure.

Your Mission

The Content producer will play a central role in helping to launch new editions of Wise Connect in APAC and NorthAm regions, as well as prepare for and deliver next year\'s EMEA Wise Connect in London. They will work with our Wise Connect Events Producer to create content for these events and liaise with product, marketing and leadership teams from Wise Platform and the wider Wise team to coordinate content, communications and external-facing marketing for the events.

To succeed in this role, they will need strong copywriting skills and an understanding of the enterprise, banking and FinTech markets to provide tight, engaging copy that will connect with our target attendees (payments and technical leaders at leading FIs and enterprise companies).

The content producer will also support the Platform marketing and PR team with event content and preparation for speaking opportunities at key industry conferences including SIBOS, Money2020 (Europe & US), and EBAday.

Content and copywriting support will also be needed for roundtable dinners and breakfast sessions in London and other regions. These are aimed at engaging payments leaders from priority accounts for the Platform sales and business development team and consolidating Wise Platform\'s role as a leading authority on cross-border payments.

Copywriting and content will also be needed for Wise Platform partner marketing initiatives along with blogs and case studies.

We\'ll also need you to provide tight, accurate and lively copy for Wise Platform\'s website and other marketing materials as needed.

We\'re growing quickly at Wise Platform so the ability to understand our partners\' priorities and the needs of their end customers as well as the ecosystem we operate in is really important.

What are we looking for?

• Experience in planning and delivery of content including sessions, website and landing page copy, invites and email comms and social media for industry conferences and roundtable events. The ideal candidate would have excellent project management skills.
• Strong B2B copywriting skills with experience of writing for enterprise, banking, payments and FinTech audiences. The ability to quickly turn complex technical and financial concepts into clean, energetic copy that engages our target partners is a must-have for this role.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with senior leaders + commercial teams to deliver events and marketing content on time and within budget in a fast-paced environment.
• You\'ll need to have great people skills coupled with an understanding of shifting timelines and priorities and know how to get buy-in from multiple stakeholders.
• Strong commercial awareness and an understanding of the wider FinTech, banking and payments ecosystem + Wise Platform\'s product offering would be a real asset for this role.
• Knowledge of design software such as Figma/Canva for event marketing assets would also be a plus.
