Position Summary:







In this role, you'll be at the forefront of selling immersive event experiences to clients with premium budgets and bold creative visions. You will focus heavily on outbound sales and lead generation, building relationships with, but not limited to, organisations in the luxury market sector, global corporates, elite planners, and branding/marketing and PR agencies. Your ability to communicate the experiential value of our space will be key to driving revenue and long-term partnerships.





Key Responsibilities:




Strategic Sales & Business Growth




Develop and help deliver a strategic sales plan that supports the 2026/2027 venue hire revenue goals, specifically targeting luxury and high-value event clients. Design and implement a vertical market strategy based on sectors outlined in the immersive Events Business Strategy (e.g. fashion, automotive, fintech, UHNW). Identify and pursue new business by engaging high-end clients, lapsed relationships, and internal cross-department leads. Explore and develop new revenue opportunities aligned with sectors identified in the Event Strategy.

Lead Generation & Outbound Sales




Proactively research, target, and connect with new leads through outbound calling, personal networking, referrals, and social channels. Leverage a strong network of existing contacts to arrange site visits, private FAM experiences, and secure high-spend contracts. Represent FRAMELESS at key industry events, luxury showcases, networking functions, and private previews to expand client reach.

Client Relationship Management




Build and maintain trusted relationships with venue finders, agents, event planners, experiential producers, and corporate decision-makers Nurture existing accounts and develop new contacts within known client organizations, especially Executive Assistants and contacts across marketing, creative, and event departments. Act as a polished, professional and knowledgeable brand ambassador during site visits, pitches, and immersive experiences.

Event Excellence & Cross-Team Collaboration




Manage Key Accounts for FRAMELESS events, ensuring deep understanding of their vision, preferences, and delivery expectations. Partner with the Head of Event Sales on campaigns, influencer partnerships, and client-facing activations. Collaborate with the Head of AV & Content and the AV & Content Producer to fully understand the capabilities of our venue Support wider company objectives through collaboration within the sales team and other departments/stakeholders as needed

Administration & Performance Tracking




Maintain full and accurate sales records in VenueOps, ensuring all client activity is up-to-date and aligned across teams. Track and report on outbound activity, proposals, conversion metrics, and event revenue performance. Contribute to bespoke marketing projects, proposals, or special initiatives as required. Respond to all inbound and direct event enquiries in the absence of Head of Event Sales and Event S ales Manager with elegance, speed, and attention to detail.



Experience:






2+ years' experience in event sales, high-end venue hire, or outbound business development in the hospitality/creative sectors, ideally at the luxury end of the market Strong understanding of the event sales process, including lead generation, proposal development, negotiation and contract management Demonstrable success with high-value outbound sales and lead
generation in a competitive market.
Confident communicator with exceptional presentation and negotiation skills. Experience with CRM systems (VenueOps preferred) and a solid understanding of B2B sales pipelines. A passion for immersive art, technology, and delivering extraordinary experiences.
