Role Overview:
We need an exceptional candidate who is self motivated, and has the drive and determination to win new business and develop their career within sales as a Business Development Manager. Your job? Bringing in new customers by reaching out, making calls, networking and finding new ways to generate opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Get out there and make things happen! Make calls, find leads, and turn them into loyal clients.
Build relationships that last. Connect with clients, understand their needs/requirements, and show them why we're the best choice.
Work closely with our team to make sure everything runs smoothly and our clients get the best service possible.
Stay in the loop. Keep up with what's happening in our industry and use that knowledge to stay ahead.
Requirements:
You've got a knack for finding opportunities and making things happen.
Cold calling and self-generation? No problem. You're ready to dive in and make it happen.
You're a pro at talking to people and building relationships. Whether it's over the phone or in person, you know how to connect.
You're a problem solver and a team player. You're not afraid to roll up your sleeves and work together to get things done.
Salary / Benefits :
Salary negotiable depending on you, and what you bring to the table. Somewhere between 35,000 - 40,000, plus uncapped commission bonuses based on how much business you bring in. You could be looking at On-Target Earnings (OTE) of 100,000.
