Job Description

We are seeking enthusiastic and skilled Chef de Parties to join our team for a big catering event in Towcester. We are working in partnership with Artisan Cuisine Catering at Towcester Racecourse. This is a great opportunity to be involved in VIP catering and hospitality on the 14th June.

The Role:

You will be responsible for delivering high-quality food preparation and service for VIP guests. The Shift will be approximately 6 to 10 hours long depending on what shift time you would like to start.

This is a 1 day event, however there are shifts/hours available a couple of days before leading up to the event to prepare if you are interested.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and present food to a high standard, demonstrating excellent culinary skills. Maintain meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of food preparation and presentation. Work collaboratively and effectively as part of a cohesive kitchen team. Provide a professional, friendly, and courteous service to all guests. Ensure strict adherence to all health and safety regulations within the kitchen environment.

Requirements:

Demonstrable experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role. Strong attention to detail and a passion for quality food. Excellent teamwork and communication skills. A commitment to providing exceptional customer service. Knowledge and understanding of health and safety standards in a kitchen. Own Chef Whites, knives, and safety shoes are required.

Compensation & Benefits:

18 per hour (inclusive of holiday pay). Meals on Duty Allocated parking
