Events Coordinator,

Contract type: Full-time
Hours: 40 per week (Monday-Friday; shift rota basis between 7 AM and 7 PM, with flexibility for overtime as per business needs)

Main Responsibilities
Acting as the first point of contact for hosts, bookers, and guests, providing a professional and engaging experience.
Managing the full event lifecycle -- from initial enquiry, availability checks, and diary management through to delivery, follow-up, and feedback.
Planning and coordinating all aspects of meetings and events, including logistics, catering, room setup, and technology requirements.
Collaborating with internal service teams and external suppliers to deliver high-quality events and seamless experiences.
Overseeing daily meeting room operations, ensuring all spaces are prepared, presentable, and aligned with client expectations.
Maintaining accurate records, reports, and administrative systems for event bookings and departmental activities.
Supporting the wider team with creative input, operational insight, and continuous improvement initiatives.
The ideal candidate will:

Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence engaging stakeholders at all levels.
Be highly organised and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
Show proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort with event management or booking systems.
Exhibit initiative, adaptability, and teamwork, contributing positively to a collaborative environment.
Bring creativity and professionalism to every project, balancing structure with flexibility.
Communicate with warmth, sincerity, and confidence, both in person and in writing.
Present themselves with authenticity, composure, and a genuine passion for service excellence.
