Location: London, EC2V 5DD

Salary: 32,500 per annum

Working Pattern: 40 hours per week, Monday- Friday

Key Responsibilities:

To assist the Hospitality Manager in the management of the booking process for the onsite event space
Supporting Hospitality manager in goods receipting on Compass portal, inputting stock data and chasing supplier invoices for prompt payments Assisting with events in the spaces to include guest management, recording activities and service briefing in hospitality managers absence. Supporting Hospitality manager in goods receipting on Compass portal, inputting stock data and chasing supplier invoices for prompt payments Working with Innovation & Guest Experience to advertise events out to staff/stakeholders.

Our Ideal Candidate:

Well-organised, process-driven, and action-orientated Excellent communication skills. Minimum 1 year experience in a venue management/bookings co-ordination role Knowledge of Canva and Photoshop (highly desirable) Must be flexible as this role will involve some evening work
