ABOUT THE ROLE



The Bamford Collection

is looking for a passionate and enthusiastic

Events Coordinator

to support the planning and delivery of our public events across Daylesford Farm and our wider estate.


This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves bringing people together, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is inspired by food, farming, sustainability, and meaningful experiences. You will play a key role in delivering a varied programme of public events, including workshops, talks, seasonal celebrations, festivals, and brand-led experiences that reflect the values and ethos of The Bamford Collection.


This role will be based at the

Daylesford Farm, Gloucestershire

.

40 hours per week and may include some weekends.



Salary

28,000 per annum

.

RESPONSIBILITIES



Coordinate the end-to-end delivery of events across the Bamford Collection, ensuring all events are executed to the highest standard. Support the development of event concepts that align with the Bamford brand, values, and customer experience. Create and manage event timelines, schedules, and checklists to ensure smooth delivery.

Logistics & Operations



Coordinate logistics such as guest flow, equipment, materials, and on-site requirements. Support on-site event management, including set-up, guest experience, and breakdown.

Budget & Administration



Assist in managing event budgets, tracking costs, and processing invoices. Maintain accurate function sheets, contracts, and post-event documentation.

Stakeholder & Team Collaboration



Work closely with in-house marketing, PR, retail, hospitality and e-commerce teams to ensure events are aligned with wider business objectives. Support collaborations with brand partners, artisans, and ambassadors where relevant.

Guest Experience & Brand Representation



Ensure every event delivers a warm, considered, and memorable guest experience that reflects the Bamford lifestyle. Act as a brand ambassador on-site, welcoming guests and representing the Collection with professionalism and care.

Evaluation & Reporting



Support post-event reporting, including attendance, feedback, and learnings to inform future events.

SKILLS YOU WILL BRING



Essential



Previous experience in events coordination, hospitality, or a similar role. Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail. Confident communicator, comfortable liaising with internal teams and external suppliers. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. Willingness to work evenings and weekends as required for events. Hard work and dedicated

Desirable



Experience within luxury, lifestyle, retail, or hospitality brands. An interest in sustainability, organic food, wellbeing, or design. Familiarity with budget tracking and event reporting.
