About the Role
As Events Director, you'll oversee every aspect of private and member events -- from concept to flawless execution. You'll develop innovative event ideas, manage supplier partnerships, and ensure every occasion reflects the club's refined aesthetic and values. Working alongside internal teams and members, you'll curate bespoke experiences that foster connection and position the club as a premier destination for elevated social and cultural gatherings.
Key Responsibilities
Lead all private event enquiries from members with professionalism and precision.
Design and deliver exceptional, bespoke events that align with the club's vision.
Oversee budgets, contracts, suppliers, and timelines to ensure seamless execution.
Manage logistics -- catering, decor, entertainment, and guest experience -- to the highest standard.
Build strong member relationships, anticipating needs and personalising every detail.
Lead and motivate the events team, ensuring service excellence across all touchpoints.
Collaborate with F&B, operations, and marketing teams to maintain consistency and quality.
Support the Cultural Events team with planning and coordination where needed.
About You
Proven experience in luxury event management at a senior level.
Exceptional organisational and leadership skills.
Creative flair and a strong grasp of high-end event production.
Ability to adapt and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
