We are seeking a candidate with the following skills and experience:
Management-level experience in hospitality, covering both front and back-of-house operations
Strong kitchen expertise and food knowledge, with the ability to lead or provide support when needed
A thorough understanding of allergens
Experience in maintaining and monitoring Health and Safety
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with employees and volunteers at all levels and external contacts
A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a 'can-do' attitude
Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
Strong time management skills
Enthusiastic about supporting and contributing to the wider team and community
Ability to work with energy, pace, and passion
Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills.o A keen eye for detail and a forward-thinking approach
A professional, flexible, and enthusiastic attitude
Commitment to teamwork and delivering an exceptional customer experience
Good digital and technology skills
The ability to be able to prioritise workload to ensure a balance between time at the Club and administrative duties.
Remuneration will be 26,000 plus holidays and pension. There is a possibility of a future performance-based elementbased on function and events growth.
You must be eligible to work full time in the UK and will be required to undertake a DBS check and to take First Aid at Work training.
