To support the PRCA Events team with speaker management and general event coordination for their flagship conference, taking place on Wednesday 17th September 2025 in London.

Duties and responsibilities
The role will mainly focus on ensuring the successful delivery of the conference speaker programme, while also supporting general programme development and event coordination. Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
Supporting with programme development, including research into session themes and formats
Assisting with speaker outreach, onboarding, and pre-event briefings
Liaising with speakers in the lead-up to the event, including gathering bios, headshots, and presentation materials
Managing speaker logistics and requirements, including session timings, slide deadlines, tech needs, and on-the-day coordination
Preparing speaker briefing documents and contributing to the creation of the production schedule and running order
Maintaining a speaker tracker to ensure key deadlines are met and information is accurately recorded
Coordinating with the AV team and venue on speaker requirements and presentation logistics
Supporting the creation and formatting of presentation slides and other speaker collateral
Providing onsite support, including managing speaker arrivals and timekeeping
Attending and contributing to weekly team planning calls and post-event debrief
Skills
At least three year's experience in event and/or speaker management
Excellent communication skills
Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple deadlines concurrently
Experience using Microsoft Office
Familiarity with email marketing tools and CRM systems
Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
A good level of numeracy and ability to work with basic event budgets
The skills to work both independently and as part of a team
Ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt to last-minute changes
