Job Summary:

We're thrilled to offer a fantastic opportunity for a personable, driven, and organised Events Host to join our vibrant team! In this role, you'll be key in managing our award-winning sites and ensuring our events run smoothly. Here's how:

Team:

Lead and inspire a team of bakers and event hosts. Collaborate closely with the Site Manager and fellow Event Hosts.

Operations:

Oversee the daily management of events to ensure everything runs seamlessly. Handle all aspects of event preparation and execution.

Guest Experience:

Host and engage with our customers, creating a memorable experience. Share your baking expertise and foster a welcoming atmosphere.

Qualifications

Strong interpersonal skills for guest interaction Ability to manage events effectively Experience in hospitality industry preferred Leadership skills for guiding event staff Proficiency in baking for event preparation Prior experience in guest services is a plus
