Overview


Lyfe Health is looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Events, Local Marketing and Social Media Co-Ordinator to develop and execute a dynamic calendar of screening and marketing events focused on the key services delivered by the company. The successful candidate will take charge of existing events whilst also introducing new events throughout the year. These events will be designed to engage customers with our main services, helping to educate them on what we offer, why we are different, and how engaging with our services can benefit their lives.

The Events, Local Marketing and Social Media Co-Ordinator will be responsible for driving both on and off-site events during the whole year, ensuring that these events run smoothly, and engage the public to promote our service offering.

Additionally, this role will focus their time between events to identify new audiences and communities with which to set up engagements, ultimately boosting New Client numbers into their site.

This role will also focus on regular promotion through the businesses' social media platforms, using a series of agreed post types to drive local community engagement and New Clients.

The Events, Local Marketing and Social Media Co-Ordinator will also track the performance of events and develop strategies to increase community engagement in our local marketing activities.

Salary 28,000.00-30,000.00 pro rata

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Event Planning and Coordination:



Develop and manage an annual events calendar of on and off-site events, including
o Service, injury, condition, sporting, and lifestyle screenings events

o Educational events to the community delivered by internal staff and external partners

o Customer specific events tailored to their specific needs

o Community outreach events designed to showcase our service offerings and points of difference to the public

o Providing a Company presence at other local events to promote the business

Work closely with the Chief Marketing Officer and Managing Director to ensure the annual event schedule is in line with the overall marketing strategy and well balanced throughout the year, considering specific periods of activity within the business' calendar Work closely with the Operations Director to secure the appropriate resources, ensure best practice is followed, with a focus on delivering high-quality service. Support the development of new event ideas, and their implementation into the annual plan.

Events Marketing and Promotion:



Drive the promotion of events via organic social media platforms and digital community groups. Develop and implement strategies to raise awareness of upcoming events and encourage attendance. Work with the Chief Marketing Officer to create promotional materials and social media content that highlight the unique offerings of each event.

Local Marketing Engagement



Identify a range of local organisations and appropriate contact points using an agreed priority and strategy set by the CMO. Meetings will be the responsibility of the CMO, and used to agree partnerships for the use of our services, including:
o Sports clubs & gyms - For discounts, specific events, partnerships and sponsorship opportunities

o Healthcare professionals - For referrals to our range of services

o Employers - For discounts, specific events, partnerships in support of their Employee Wellbeing, Employee Benefits, or Occupational Health.

o Schools - For supporting their health education, sporting activities and reaching their families with our promotional activities

o Local publications - For advertising

o Local online community groups - For advertising and event promotion

Social Media Management



Work closely with the Chief Marketing Officer and Managing Director to develop and deploy a series of regular social media posts to promote the business, its services, and its staff for local engagement Work with Managing Director and clinical staff dynamically to manage social media posts for short-term opportunities such as last-minute spaces with Clinicians and classes, Client testimonials etc. Success Management and Analysis: Take responsibility for managing the success for each event ensuring the right staff are used for events, and costs (including clinicians' time) are controlled. Provide regular reports on event performance to ensure that the events contribute positively to the overall financial health of the business. Identify opportunities for improved performance, such as improving attendance or conversions using additional offers at events.

Customer Engagement:



Ensure that all events provide top-tier customer experience, creating reasons for people to engage with our services. Gather and analyse customer feedback to improve future events. Attend all events and actively engage with people to ensure conversion to a paid engagement with the business.

Team Engagement:



Coordinate with the Operations Director and local clinicians to ensure the team is well-prepared and adequately staffed for each event. Support and motivate team members to deliver excellent service and meet event objectives.

Qualifications & Experience:



Proven experience in event planning, with a strong focus on health sector events. Competent computer skills for planning and analysis of event success. Knowledge of social media platforms and content creation to promote the business and events Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask effectively. Experience in managing or coordinating a team is preferred. A passion for health and fitness and creating engaging experiences for customers.
