As we expand our events division, we are looking for motivated individuals who want to build a long-term career in events, campaign management and leadership. This trainee position is designed for those who want hands-on experience running live events, supporting client campaigns and contributing to brand growth.

The Role

The Events Management Trainee role offers a ground-up pathway into events coordination, team leadership and campaign development. You will begin by learning the fundamentals of event execution before progressing into planning, logistics and event team management.

Responsibilities

Assist with setting up, running and managing live event campaigns Represent client brands professionally and consistently Engage with customers to promote services and create positive experiences Support event logistics, daily operations and on-site preparation Learn how to deliver client objectives and support campaign performance Work closely with team leaders to improve event strategy Provide feedback to enhance event quality and customer engagement

Training and Development

You will receive structured, full paid training that includes:

Event setup and on-site operations Brand representation and customer engagement Campaign management and performance tracking Leadership and team coordination Communication, organisation and problem-solving skills
Our development model is built around progression. As you grow, you will have the opportunity to move into roles such as Event Coordinator, Event Manager or Campaign Team Lead.
