We are seeking a skilled Event Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and executing a variety of events, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional guest experiences.
Duties
Coordinate all aspects of events from conception to completion
Liaise with clients to understand their event requirements and preferences
Manage event budgets effectively
Oversee event setup, including decorations, seating arrangements, and technical equipment
Work closely with vendors and suppliers to secure necessary services and products
Implement strategies for upselling event services
Ensure high standards of hospitality and guest services are maintained throughout events
Organise fundraising activities if required
Requirements
Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients, vendors, and team members
Strong organisational abilities to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently
Prior experience in event management, preferably in a hotel or restaurant setting
Proficient in time management to ensure events run smoothly and on schedule

Pay: 25,000.00-30,000.00 per year
