Events Manager (Liverpool)

Position: Part time (16-20 hours per week)

Location: Liverpool (remotely and on site at the Sir Thomas Hotel)

Are you a dynamic and enthusiastic individual with a passion for events and a flair for promotion? We're on the lookout for a proactive Part-Time Events Manager to join our vibrant team and spearhead Sintillate's operations in Liverpool. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of the planning, coordination and promotion of our weekly events, playing a key role in driving attendance and enhancing our brand presence.

In this engaging role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of our Liverpool events, from concept to successful execution. A significant aspect of your responsibilities will involve actively promoting and marketing our popular Bottomless Brunches and events across various channels to maximize customer engagement and achieve ambitious cover and admission targets.

As the primary liaison for our valued customers and our partner venue management within Liverpool, you will be expected to consistently embody professionalism and courtesy in all your interactions. Leveraging your strong interpersonal and socialising skills, you will build and maintain positive relationships.

A crucial element of this role involves actively engaging on all relevant social media platforms to strategically market our events and cultivate a thriving online presence.

While previous experience in promotion and marketing is a definite plus, it's not a deal-breaker. We are particularly interested in candidates who possess an outgoing personality, exceptional communication skills, and a natural ability to connect with people. Given that our events predominantly take place on weekends, a flexible approach to work, including weekend availability, is essential.

Key Responsibilities

:

Plan, coordinate, and oversee the smooth operation of weekly events in Liverpool. Develop and implement creative marketing and promotional strategies to increase event attendance and brunch covers. Actively engage on all social media platforms to market events and build brand awareness. Serve as the main point of contact for Sintillate customers and venue management in Liverpool, ensuring professional and courteous communication at all times. Build and maintain strong relationships with venue partners. Achieve and exceed set sales and KPI targets. Represent the company in a positive and professional manner at all times.

Ideal Candidate Profile

:

An outgoing and enthusiastic personality with excellent interpersonal and socializing skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. A proactive and self-motivated approach with the ability to work independently. A passion for events and creating memorable experiences. Flexibility to work weekends is essential. Previous experience in promotion and marketing is advantageous but not essential. Familiarity with social media marketing strategies. Hours: Part-Time (16-20 hours per week)

Work base

:

Remotely during the week and on site at the Sir Thomas Hotel, Liverpool, on Saturdays and during the events.
