We are looking for a highly organised and energetic
Event Manager
to lead the planning and execution of a wide range of events. The ideal candidate will bring creativity, strong communication skills, and a hands-on approach to ensure each event runs smoothly and exceeds client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, coordinate, and manage events from start to finish, ensuring every detail is executed to the highest standard.
Work closely with clients to understand event goals and deliver tailored experiences.
Develop and manage event budgets, identifying opportunities for upselling and cost efficiency.
Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and venue staff to coordinate logistics and timelines.
Oversee on-site event operations, including guest services, set-up, and tear-down.
Support fundraising and sponsorship efforts, collaborating with partners and stakeholders.
Maintain detailed timelines and ensure tasks are completed on schedule.
Provide regular updates to clients and internal teams, addressing any issues proactively.
Qualifications and Experience:
Proven experience in event management or a related field is required.
Background in hospitality, hotel management, or restaurant operations is a strong plus.
Excellent organisational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask under pressure.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable working with diverse teams and clients.
Experience in fundraising or sponsorship management is a bonus.
